Dr. Batur C. Sekendur
Specialist in the treatment of TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Disorders), facial pain, sleep apnea, snoring and a new non-invasive treatment of Tourette's Syndrome
Dr. Batur C. Sekendur is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School. He received his post-graduate education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ and continues to expand and refine his knowledge through ongoing training and involvement.
He exclusively treats temporomandibular disorders, orofacial pain medically diagnosed sleep apnea and Tourette's Syndrome. Dr. Sekendur's treatment philosophy is conservative and nonsurgical for TMD (or TMJ) whenever possible. He believes that multi-disciplinary treatment is in the best interest of patients and works with some of the top healthcare professionals in the area.
Besides being the only dentist in Washington to be Board Certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain, his past professional memberships include:

Recognized for his work with medically compromised patients, Dr. Sekendur's unique approach to dental care has been featured on TV, radio, magazines and newspapers.
